outdoor harvest... all at once or as the plants dictate?

Hey everyone this is my first ever outfoor grow and i was just curious i currently have 4 full sized power plants and 2 that had complications at some time or another and are very stunted.

further to the 2 that had complications 3 of the 4 remaining full sized plants seam to be a couple of weeks behind the other one (which is at this point in heavy flower)

kinda makes me wonder that if im doing this just for myself anyway should i pay close attention to each plant individually or in the end will they all catch up

As long as you have no pressing issues, allowing the plants to dictate would be wise.

thanks thats what i figured where is the best retail outlet to get a pocket microscope and what x do you need to properly see trichomes
