Outdoor in France

Hello guys, so got a few questions that i can't seem to find a straight answer, even on the french forums.

So i'm at college in a certain part of france, and go back to my parents (south west france, toulouse ...) every holidays, the next ones being end of March. I would like to grow some weed for my brother and me for when i get back for the summer holidays (middle of June).
So my plan is:
- Germinate, and plant for the end of easter holidays
- Get my brother to check on them, because i won't be able to
- Come back middle of June have something to smoke for the summer months

All this has to be outdoors, and i've read the easiest and quickest is autoflowering (Northern Lights ?), but i want to know if it is possible to do this with normal strains (i've heard early ones work?), obviously i can wait till July, begging of August, but earlier the better.

So i suppose my question is: is what i want to do possible? and easy?

I might not have been that clear, if so tell me and i'll try and be more precise.

My harvest finishes in October. I don't know the seasons there. But look at the daylight hours where you are. Because if they start flowering as soon as you put them outside, you'll be ok. But here in California, the plants vegg June and July, start to flower mid august, and finish in early October.

you need an auto to finish by then. regular wont start flower till late july or august.

What about growing:
- germinate
- put straight into ground ( i was thinking of buying some special soil mix and prepare the ground before)
