Outdoor Liability question.

Let's say someone had a farm, far from where they live, let's say 4 hour drive away. If they did a relatively small grow on random parts of their property and the Feds somehow found the plants can they prove that the owner(s) planted it or can they assume someone else did?

Also, thank you for any help, very much appreciated.

What would you say a relatively small grow is hypothetically speaking ofcoarse?

What reason would the Fed's have to be on the property to begin with? Are the people suspected murderers and they looking for where the bodies are burried?

Like federally funded choppers, I might sound like a dumbass if that's not the case but that's the only thing I could think of that would spot them. The theoretical farm is gated.

If they were found depending on state or feds could mean jail time or cultivation charge and fine

Then I would say you would be fine just don't advertise to friends and family that you grow and I would imagine you will be all set and like blake siad possession they are on your property you could try and fight that I suppose
