Outdoor Neighbor Grow

Let's just say that I may or may not have 10 marijuana plants growing in a small area on my neighbor's property... (I live in a fairly rural area in middle Tennessee with a fair amount of land between my neighbors and myself about 40 acres) It's my understanding that IF i got caught, the dea would just yank up the plants and be on their way... is this true?? what are the odds of an investigation..? should i be worried??

Ummm. No. They will take you to jail. You should be careful, not paranoid.

Also, who the hell told you they would just yank your plants up and let you go on about your day like nothing ever happened?

They would attempt to find the grower at a predetermined level of effort. If they cannot pinpoint the individual with supporting evidence they will take the plants home to smoke and continue to the next attempted bust.

I dont remember where but I've heard that if the grower isn't there and it's fairly small they just eradicate them but tht does sound pretty dumb haha

How can I be careful??

And what evidence would they need? How can I not give them that evidence?

If your plants can be easily seen in that area then dont plant them there. If not and you havent told anybody else you know, i mean ANYBODY about where your growing you should be ok.

I highly doubt the plants will be seen on foot but airplanes n stuff fly over and they are near a lot of brush n trees n such but idk if aircraft will b a big problem.. does the dea like fly around ppls houses n all that?

dea? the DEA wouldnt even bother with ten plants it would be the sherriff and even then as long as you are a smart gorrilla grower no worries

yea dont listen to MOST people on here lots of know it alls..the d.e.a would never care about your garden or even know about it lol if you dont have a medical card then the state cops and sheriffs can put u in jail and will..if they found out about it

the d.e.a wouldn't stumble across it, if anything the sheriffs or county rangers or whatever will..and they would just chop it down most likely, i dont think they want feds involved unless you were growing hundreds of plants.

You cant assume anything though, there are many variables, especially with regard to location. Check the link I posted on the first page of this thread... like I said in there, take precautions seriously, prison is no place to be.

i would be more worried about your neighbor finding out. but as long as you grow in small plots you should be good. and if you get caught growing weed, it doesnt matter whose property its on, your going to get in trouble
