Outdoor pests

I am curious to know what kind of critters you guerilla growers have had to deal with and what methods you use to combat these pests.

You name it I've unfortunately been at it, bears always catch me by surprise, and any wolf pack counting more than 7 can be a handful, depending on your location always ..always carry the right tools ...to stay alive, but by far the worst is people, deceit usually works well on that breed, so have a reason for being in that place at that time, avoid looking like a stoner!

Slugs: a container of beer
Deer: human piss and maybe some garlic and soap
Hogs: shit I dont know, maybe coyote piss...

Totally depends where you are in the world?

Hogs will tear up anything anytime and there's a shitload here, I can't thing of a defense against them short of a few .223 bullets. Has anyone tried natural homemade pepper spray made with cayenne for deer and rabbit?
