Outdoor plant deformed

I noticed one of my plants outside top growth started twisting a few days ago. It progessively gotten worse over the next few days, so i decided to fertilize it with 20-20-20 miracle gro, because it has all the micro nutrients (other than cal and magnesium) yesterday morning but it didnt help at all. Now the top shoot is almost white and really twisted and deformed like a curly fry. What should i do?

How long has it been outside? Was it from seed outside, or was it something started inside and put outside? If it was started inside, did you Harden it off? The white top shoot sounds like it could be shock from an indoor to outdoor transplant.

Yeah, it was started indoors and then moved outside, but that was about a month ago so i dont think thats the problem. Idk

I've not yet had a problem with going from indoor veg directly to outdoor to flower, give us pics.

Sorry for not posting a pic yet, but now it's pretty much healed now. It's just crinkled on that node growth and growth is a little stunted overall on the plant.
