Outdoor preflowers or just new growth?

Just checked my plant and I found some little orange hair type this and are thinking its a female preflowers any help?

Most likely female, but keep an eye out for sacks of pollen... This can be a tricky step...

I have a question, so since it has showed its sex does that mean its going to start going into flowering stage now? Because usually around here outdoor budding starts around the end of august.

Yep, your plant is on natures schedule to flower when the sun shines less each day. Look for the plant to begin developing ¼ inch around white clusters of hairs - that is the beginning of a bud or cola.

Hi there,
It has been raining and cloudy for a few days here in southern California, are these flowering now and will remain flowering? first pic is a ripped bubba from seed .. second pic with a cage showing is a clone

One thing you might consider, in the same location one variety or strain of weed may flower long before others.

For instance if you lived at the 45th parallel and were growing say an Early Grizzly it might finish long before another strain, maybe a more sativa dominant had even really started to flower. Moral of the story, when it comes to flower times, start and finish, the strain as well as latitude can be a factor. Good luck.
