I would stay away from fish products due to smell. Bone and blood meal also brings in the critters. Your mix seems fine. I would stick with composted cow shit over chicken shit. Make sure to dig your holes and put your mix in there a couple weeks before putting plants in. It gives the natives time to sniff and scratch around your holes. Good luck.
