Hey hows it going everyone. I am fairly new to growing outdoors when it comes to using native soil. I am planing to do some outdoor for a change this season (Yes I know I am running late), and due to the location I have chosen, I cannot lug in a crap load of soil with me. I only plan to visit the plants a few times, so I guess you could call it a mini gurilla if you would. I know when it comes to outdoor, you generally want to prepare your holes in the fall and let them cook over the winter/spring, but I missed my chance. Does anyone know a recipe i could use with native soil that doesnt really need time to cook. I was going to bring compressed coco bricks and add it to the native soil to add texture and aeration, along with time released ferts.also dolo lime to adjust ph if needed. I am starting them indoors and bringing them up in a couple weeks. I really dont want to use the time released ferts because of the nasty taste the buds would hold, because it would be hard to flush em out. Can someone please help me out, any advice is greatly appreciated.
