Outdoor strains

I'm looking for any and all outdoor strains that will do good at 8500 feet. A little more specific than "indica" would be helpful. Thanks

I have a few outdoor grows under my belt here on the Front Range and I feel like the only thing you really need to worry about is finishing before the snow flies or the temp drops below freezing for a couple nights. Our average first snow in Boulder is 10/18. Plants that advertise (accurately) 63 or less days to finish under 12/12 will finish no problem here. If you have a way to cover them you could extend that time.

Thanks Med. I was kinda wondering about that, but I have zero outdoor experience. I was also wondering if I could shorten the plants life if they were planted on a north facing slope...any thoughts on that?

A few choice clones from my 303 seeds Aurora Project will be stinking up my neighborhood this fall. Getting them ready...
I wish I had land/no neighbors.

/\/\ BadAndy is right. The only way to get them to finish early is to induce flowering early, which requires some way to block the sunlight. You could also go with an autoflower strain. There might be some decent ones available but I've never run any.

My preference is to stick with shorter flowering plants of known quality. My outdoor plans currently consist if Pineapple Express (Attitude freebie fem I've heard good things about), 303's G-Funk and Dank #5, and possibly Motarebel's POW.

I'd say any 8 wk indica/quick hybrid like Ak-48 as long as your not trying to finish a 14 week sativa (or longer) you will have some good results. Maybe if u could find a killer GDP.... But they're near impossible to find and usually take years to track down...

1.)Bcn diesel
2.)big band
3.)sour alien
4.)vanilla fire og
5.)chemdog
6.)epic(ak47xsage)
7.)phosphate diesel dawg (http://www.beanboyzgenetics.com/phosphate-diesel-dawg-f1-marijuana-seeds.html)
8.)3d gdpiezel (http://www.beanboyzgenetics.com/3d-gdpiezel-marijuana-seeds.html)

As you can see I'm in a hard predicament far as choosing what strains to run outdoors the diesel crosses i just ordered and are all reg. beans any input would be great!!!

Hey Med, is the POW high CBD? I ask because RiverRock had a strain on the shelf ( for like 2 minutes lol ) that was supposed to be CBD rich and I'm pretty sure it was POW...

I don't know Bubba. I was gifted these beans and don't have any experience with them. It is G-13 x Purple Indica. Could be high CBD I suppose.

I went back through Twitter (*shudders*) and found the tweet (god I hate saying that word). The POW in this case was "Picture of the Week" lol - sorry. This was an advertisement of RiverRock's "own in house" CBD strain. (Ten to one they just crossed the Sour Tsunami with something. I wonder if they asked Mr. Ringo (Sour Tsunami breeder credited with the strain)... none of my bidness that :-)

Also, I've been meaning to ask, did you get a lab test done on the Otto from last year? Just curious.

“@RR_Wellness: #RiverRock's POW (Picture of the Week): RiverRock CBD1 Indica (15% CBD : 11% THC). #strains #cbd #cannabis #mmot #mmj http://twitter.com/RR_Wellness/status/297495423390736384/photo/1”

I never did test the Otto #1. I saved some bud back to test but decided I didn't want to spend the money for the test.
