Outdoor to Indoor Flowering Plant

I’ve got another question about my outdoor plant, the Farmers Fire! It’s been really easy, I’ve had almost no problems with it. I’m worried I might run into some though. I live in the Northwest and it’s been raining and mid 50’s for the last week and there’s no stop in sight. There’s occasional breaks and the sun peaks through, but never enough to even dry the top layer of the soil.
I’ve had it under a glass table for the past week and a half now. I don’t think it’s getting enough light.
SO..
I have a Pink Cookies plant inside that’s doing great, and I plan on flowering within the next couple weeks.
I’m currently using a 32w Feit 3 spectrum light and two supplementary lights (9w LED grow light and a 17.5w 5000k LED) BUT I’m upgrading to an HLG 100v2 3000k this weekend.
My question is could I move the Farmers Fire inside to finish flowering? I noticed it flowering around August 23. It’s gotten denser but not what I think it should be at. I’ve given no nutes and growing in FFOF/perlite mix (60/40).
I neem both my plants regularly so pests aren’t TOO much of a concern. I also have some DE if I could use that..?

That’s the thing though. It only stops for a few minutes at a time. Maximum of an hour but it’s still SUPER overcast. It just doesn’t really stop. Fall in Washington is shit..
If it slows down I’ll definitely try that though!!

I brought spider mites inside the last time I did that. I think eggs were waiting on the plastic pot stand off. Opps. When I have other plants already growing in the tent I hesitate to move outside plants in. I want to, sometimes really need too, but I don't move them into the same tent anymore.

Clean everything everywhere and good luck if you do!

I brought one in a week or so ago
Drenched it in sbd plant invigorator for wee beasties first, hung some thrip predators on it too. So far so good lol
Although I've brought in pests before .....
Seemed a waste to let it die in the cold damp Autumn

Get some random plastic or a big bottle and make a mini greenhouse. A 15 min diy project, then it can be outside without rain, but with maximum solar absorption!!
