Outdoor to indoor - growing medium issue

Hey guyys, i have been reading info off this site for ever and finally i wasnt to lazy n baked i made an account.

So heres my current issue for one of my setups.

i have 5 Greenhouse seeds. Superlemon haze x Bubba Kush.
( my own strain, Crossed superlemon female with hermy bubba kush)
The strain tastes like lemon haze but has more of a bubba look/taste. but the indica from the bubba adds alot more weight at harverst i find.

any way my issue.

i had 5 plants planted at my friends cabin outside. im in vancouver canada and its Aug.30. So plants are deffs flowering.
i brought them inside and they are in 5 -7 gallon buckets.
they are in a 5x5 hydro tent with a 400hps and a 250w MH bare bulb hangling lower on the plants. ( plants are 3feet)

so when we brought the seedlings to my friends cabin we forgot dirt. so we went down to the marsh and got some really fertile bog soil.

problem is,, the medium has no drainage wat so ever. so first watering in the hydro tent. i hit them with budblood. flora nova and a orgainic kelp fert.

thing is i expected it to drain so i put like 5-6 litres in each pot. now for the last 5 days the soil has been soaking wet, grow has almost stopped and 1 plant the leafs are all hanging down and stuff. and the new growth tips. the new leaves are yellow and the growth look spindley and not very lush.

any help guys? thanks !!!!!

Know they dont, unless i put 10-15 L . it just turns to mud. i know its the wrong medium. but what would you sugest?

im currently letting they dry out completley till the leaves start to drop. then im just going to water them little bit at a time.

what would you suggest?

Maybe some perlite and sand. Not sure you'll be able to get it mixed in well enough to help much. or maybe get a rod that reaches the bottom of the pot an punch holes before you water and water less? All you can do is try. I would love some of that mud to mix into my soil.

you know those rubber maid bins you put like toys, christmas decorations and that kinda stuff. i took two of those and i got some Pro-Mix High Porosity Growing Medium from my local hydro store. what will my drainage be like on this soil? ohhh and this phantom mud soil. i took a sample of my ph on my runoff. came back at me with like a 7.4-7.5 reading. too high i know!!!! im watering with 6.0 ph. sooo odvs the soil is high ph. i was thinking of taking some lemons and making a tea and then chopping up like 1/4 a lemon really small and adding it to the tea , so when i feed next it will kinda soak in but also leave some bits behind that will remain longer to lower the ph. i dunno in theory it should work right? lemons = natual. and are acidic so PH down.

cause i use a hydro ph down to lower my water before i feed. i keep at 6 like i said. so wheres this 1.5 extra ph coming from. and i do weekly flushs with 5.0 ph

What I would do. I would try to get rid of or mix as much of the mud as I coud. "mix into new soil". you'll need to put holes in your rubber maid tubs for drainage. don't worry to much about ph. and never try to make it -/+ to fast. don't flush at all just keep giving the lower ph water. My grows run around 7.2. and I water with 5.5-6 water "coco blend" I don't even look in soil. but I know my water runs around 7-7.5. and outside get what it gets. I think you need to get the mud broke up so the roots can breath. I need to get some new pic's but this is my grow outside about two weeks ago. first pic is this year the rest is last year.
