Outdoor to indoor

hi guys!
I have a newly seedlings. I am planning to start the first week outdoor (13 hours light) and after move to indoor (cfl). Is it shock the plant?

How much CFL are you planning to use? With just one I would say it will be more disappointed than shocked.
