Outdoors Then Indoors?

If I start a plant outside for a month during May then bring it inside under 270 watts of CFL for flower will the plant thrive or fail? I'm thinking the plant will be shocked because of the loss in light intensity. Any opinions?

i have done this, though it was much smaller than 270
bugs came in with the plant, i.e. spider mites
so to me, it wasn't worth the electric i saved
my plant did well with the change in lighting, i don't think that will be a problem
