Outgrowing small rock wool cubes?

What about after the roots out grow the larger rockwool cubes.I dont want ot disturb
my plants anymore leading up to flowering but I have noticed some small feeler roots starting to
emerge into my solution. How long do I have before this starts to hurt my girls?

i took a 1"cube and poked a hole with a pen and put the seed that i germinated in...is this even gonna work?


i only did it with one seed bc im experimenting with diffrent things and ways of growin to see which i like best and rock wool got my intrest but i would love some advise even if its unrelated to that question im open to every point of advise or hints any one can give
