C chico1st Active Member May 6, 2021 #21 Ok now I'm confused When i seal up a jar after airing it out at 40% room humidity. Within a few hours it's up to ~ 61%. But if i leave the jar closed for days it doesn't go any higher :/ Does that mean something?
