Over Dried?

I put into jars last night and this morning it's sitting at 56%.. I don't have any humdipaks and there's none around here locally. Suggestions?

At 56% there ain't no danger of any mold happening

Breathe several breaths into each of the jars, then seal them up again. Repeat several times a day until you get the RH numbers up.

Well, that jar has climbed up to 59% and it doesn't look like it will be going any higher.

I suppose since that I am here..

Jar #1 started curing on 4/4/16 after a 5 day dry and it's sitting at 62%.. at which point would be optimal to consume said product?

Putting a piece of cabbage leaf in the jar will raise the humidity no problem...
Or orange peel if you like a slight flavor...

Done this before with fan leaf. Worked but seems like I remember it giving the bud a weird flavor.
