Over fert? Mosaic virus? Over watering or under watering? (PICS!)

Hey These are two of my babies that are having a hard time adjusting i guess, Where the tops of the plants are at is right around 73F-75F during lights on, 62F-68F during lights off.

I have fed them ONCE with 1tbsp of molasses per gallon of water, then about 5 showed signs of over watering, so I stopped watering them all until yesterday (4-5 day gap?)

These guys are 18 days in and looking real crummy compared to the others. With this sort of damage are they even worth keeping in my limited space? (2x4x7).

One of the pics shows a little bit of a red or brown color on the leaves, could this be the Mosaic virus?

Any feedback helps! Thanks in advance!

Well, it seems my nitrogen is low..... with earthworm castings do I want to brew them in a tea, or just make the top layer coated with them, and feed/water as normal? I'm going organic by the way.

Many people prefer to make a tea, this would be useful if you wanted to add other organic materials to your tea (seaweed, guano, etc.). A top layer of castings also works well. Personally I mix them right into my soil. I feel that they help the soil stay healthy longer, and the plants have some control over when they want to use them. What is the original soil? They really shouldnt look that unhealthy so early, makes me start to think im doing a better job then i am ;)
