Over fertilizing

My one weed plant is suffering form me over fertilizing. It’s already in the flowering stage. How can I fix it ? Ph level normally does be between 6 and 6.5. The images blow shows the plant and the nutrients I give it . Can some please help me thanks

tbh, i dont know how youve got it wrong with the trio... i guess you water quite often, give more info what you are doing, growing medium etc
