OVER or UNDER?????????

i have a couple chem-sis clones (outdoor- in soil), 3 weeks into flower and im not sure how to diagnose .they look like they arent growing. new leaves are staying small and the buds havent gotten any bigger yet. i have yellowing fan leaves bottom, mid and mid top. looks like burning tips and spots here and there. im feeding once a week with fish fert, earthjuice bloom and molassas. my other babies are fed the same and look perfect but are a little smaller than these. from what i can find, i figure its simply overfeeding or underfeeding but which one? can anyone help me out??? heres some pics

what is the N-P-K of your fish fert?

because she is your biggest and the only one starting to yellow im thinking she sucked up the nutes faster and has a lack of nitrogen. that is why the smaller plants are still green because they have remaining N from veg

I don't think EJ Bloom would of done this. Fish ferts are probably the culprit.

Where is the yellow?

I only see the two leaves, which look very burnt and then full whitish yellow. Weird contract of color.

Yes, Way to high of N(N 5/P 1/K1) for flower.

theres about 13 or so, i didnt get them all in the pics

now bare with me, should i just cut out the fish fert? the earthjuice bloom is 0-3-1 i believe. is that enough?
