Over Watered seedling

Hello all, as I am waiting for my lights to come in the mail. I started to grow a seedling. I was leaving for the weekend so I figured I would put more than usual. Now when I got home the second pair of serrated (the small ones) leaves are hanging down, but not the first ones. They look green and healthy they are just hanging down. I also just switched to some potting soil from some dirt that was outside. The seedling is 9 days old. Any thing that I can do? I put my fan a lot closer and switched my light cycle from 16/8 to 18/6 when I noticed I over watered. Should I transplant it into a cup of the same dirt but dry?

Here are some pics.
Any advice is welcome

It's fine. Stop looking at her so hard. You must have patience.
