Over watering not recovering

Hey guys I have one seedling that has slowed growth that seems like it does not want to recover from overwatering. I have let it dry out 100% and let it be for 2 days did not show signs of needing water but I did anyways it seemed to do Better for a day or too but never perked back up, ph roughly 6.5 all others are doing fine no nute but the soil may contain some. it's reused mg soil that has Been microwaved,baked then frozen solid to sterilize, this is not my first grow or my first time using mg soil. Any thoughts guys I have never had a problem like this? Think maybe its just left over nutes that's making it look over watered, veg 18/6 75f day 60f night. Can't post pics but I can answer any other questions you have I know I have forgot quite a few thanks guys, I have done a lot of research looking at heat issues To much light a lot! Nothing adds up maybe its just a deform

overwatering is the cause of most plant failures. it's a lesson learned the hard way. GL

But the thing is I never over watered they are in 12oz cups as seedling and I have only watered them three times in 2 weeks, and its not under watered, would to hot of nutes in the soil cause this there are no yellowing or classic signs or nute burn but just kinda rough dropping leaves.

Maybe try waiting until it just starts wilting, then you REALY know it's ready for a drink. You gotta try pretty hard to kill one by under watering... Worth a shot.

Well let me say this, I have not over watered this seedling but I am thinking that the soil is to hot for her is it possible that the to hot of soil will cause dropping like it has been over watered? I let he soil to 100% dry before I water this (one) and when I water I let a little runoff come though which is a slight yellowish so many my soil is still to hot. Anyone else's thoughts.

This is a crappy photo I cannot find my camera after moving but as you can see it looks over watered but I haven't is it possible that the soil is to hot and will cause the same look? Without yellowing tips or anything? Also this photo is a few days old and I have wrapped the cup to keep light out.

Yes I was going to do this but I did not want to cause anymore stress but hey worth a shot huh?

I think you are freaking out over nothing. In my opinion it looks about normal. Unless that stick looking thing just top left of the plant is the stem.
