That may be the problem they are under watered they will show same signs as over watered. In small 3 gal pots it’s best to water once a day to 10-20% runoff to prevent buildup. I’ve been growing coco DTW in 3gal pots for past few years and they do very well with once watering a day to runoff but keep the feed rate no more than 1.0EC unless they show they need more. Mine seem to do best at right about .6-1.0 EC and I bump the PH up a little when I switch to flower to 6.0-6.2 from 5.6-5.8 in veg and they seem to grow really fast. I now water 3 times in a 12 hour period in 3gal pots and they love it but once a day is a good place to start.There's just almost no way its from watering too frequently, 3 gal fabric pots watered maybe every 4 or 5 days. Maybe it's the humidity kept at 65%-70% in conjunction with the watering? I'm at a loss here
