what can i do if i over water my plants ? how can i save them?

just let them dry, as long as you have adequate drainage holes it shouldnt be a problem, provided you dont keep doing it

they will survive as long as you let the pots dry out completely, don`t water them until that happens or you will drown the roots out.

just stop watering for a little while and it will fix its self
