Overheat's problems

Hi,what problem can cause to the plant an overheat ? I think the heat of my bulb is lil high, and makes the plant grow slow, is that possible? i use 250w MH and a ..huge fan ,but the heat stills little hot .

yes they get very hot just do your best to cool it

They look pretty good to me, I think you should use CFL's for veg and save some energy/not worry about heat so much. A digital thermometer would help, it's okay for them to be quite warm but try to keep it under 90 degrees fahrenheit.

they look good for time since germination so far. Cfl'a or flourecent for veg would be the cheaper way to go and you can get those lights closer to the plants more veg growth less stretching.

i'd start off with some nice CFL's until they reach about 3-4 inches with atleast 4 sets of leaves until using your MH light. the light is just too overwhelming for such a little plant, so start small then go BIG GL with ur grow, peace

I have 2 CFL's , one 25w and 19w ,is this okey for 2 plants ?
