Overwatered - Had to transplant to fresh soil.

So whats my next step? realized i overwatered, the bottom part of the soil never dried out and my plants were suffering. So I took them out of the pots, shook off some of the extra soil that hadn't been rooted, and filled about a 1/2 inch back into the pot with Roots Organic Coco Mix, then put the plant back in....So when do i water next? should i just leave them there so the new soil can soak up some of the bottom parts of the root ball from the other soil? or should i feed now?

How long ago did you do this?
If just within the past day or two, you might think about adding perlite if you haven't already.
If you're REALLY worried about it, when you pull it out, wrap the rootball in a bath towel while you mix your soil, and it will wick out some of the water stuck in it.
Does your pot have plenty of holes for drainage?

wait a week to water them again from the last time you watered.

Watered them like four or five days ago. Couldn't get any run off. Lower are was still wet from last water to. So should I wait? Already transplanted an hour ago. I've never had to deal with a bad soil mix than transplanted due to overwatering. So I'm sorta stuck on this....this picture is before I transplanted earlier today...

how far is your light? whats your pH? have you been feeding your plants? they don't look healthy man

i had to replant them into new soil because the bottom of the roots weren't drying out and there was a ton of nutrient build up. so i put some new soil in there and transplanted them back into the 2 gallons they were already in. I'm just curious since the problem was that i overwated them and i wasn't getting any run off, so should i water them again, or wait? my PH tends to be right around 6.8, there are other plants that have used the water in the house and only that and are doing fine. my light is 4-6 inches away from my plant, i know that it is stretched, that happened before I figured that out.

i'd flush your plants after putting some extra good drainage holes inside the pot to wash off some accumulated salts.

fo sho. should i wait til they look underwatered? right now they just look sick, and droopy still from overwatering like over a week ago..

it might be a better idea for you to clone your plant and then re do everything with proper things from the get go. if you have root rot it may end up screwing you over
