Overwatered maybe and getting worse!

I think I overwatered my younglings the other day so I didn't water them yesterday hoping to let them dry out a bit but today I think they are looking even worse and I'm worried I may be losing them. The curled up leaves feel pretty crispy and I'm confused because the newer smaller leaves are crispy and curled down but the older larger leaves almost are cupping and not nearly as crispy. They are in coco/perlite and it's still a bit moist if I put my finger in there.
Are the really bad leaves just going to die or will they come back? Should I still water them a tiny bit or let them dry out more? Do they need to be transplanted? They are almost 2 weeks from sprout and about an inch under 23w cfl's.
Thanks.

Don't think that the problem is over watering. The leaves look like they are reacting to the soil. Maybe the soil is too hot with chemicals. Should be fixable if turned around soon. I can see the soil mix "looks" good, but I don't think over watering causes the leaves to deform like that. A coulple CFL's should be good enough to make them grow healthy at this point so I don't think it's lack of light.... Slip them into another cup that won't let the light into the roots.

The clear cups are actully in red cups to block the light. So if it's too hot should I flush them?
I'm thinking this might be where I kill them.

I found a picture in one of my books that looks like maybe PH problem (marijuana garden saver) Ive been setting PH to around 5.8 and runoff has been about the same. Some guides say range should be 5.5-6.5 others including this book say 6-6.5

Don't want to try to many things at once, will be so relieved once I get to my 3rd or 4th grow lol.

Unless the ph was way off from when you started and kept using off ph balance you shouldn't get that radical of a hit to the plant. I've had one occasion where the leaves were yellowing and dying off seedlings that were a few weeks old. They shaped up when they got in different soil.

This plant is really tripping - You may be right with the ph being off. 5.5 to 6 should be right.

the few leafs I see that are deformed have the claw look to the witch points to nitrogen toxicity have you given them any nutes?
I have. GH flora trio at about 1/8 strength or 450 ppm and calmag. Using RO water and setting PH to about 5.8. Havent given them anyhing in 2 days, not even water.

I dont give my babies any food till they are pretty big most soil has enough food to last up to 5 weeks I dont always go by how old they are I go by ho big they are and how thy look also I wouldn't recomentd giving nutes till they are at least twice the size of your pics

They are in coco not soil so from what I've read they need a low dose of nutes but that's just what I've read.

Thanks for the help. I watered two of them with RO water at ph6 and left the other two alone to see what happens. I may raise my lights up a bit too. Hope I figure this out soon.

Ummm to me it looks like they are way too close to your lights....I've had that happen with LEDs before. Id raise your lights about 6" or so.... roots look good bro!!
