I’m sure there is a forum up for this but I can’t really see anything that gives me an idiot version of over watering vs under watering.
I last watered my girls with nutes yesterday morning and they perked up for the day. When I came home this evening one looked like more droopy than usual at night. (8;30pm). This happens every couple days to a diff plant or a couple, for a week I feel like I’ve been staring out my window hoping for it to telepathically tell me wtf it needs to be happy! and I’m pretty sure that I’ve just outgrown the 15gal smartpots. I don’t want to water too frequently but I don’t want them to die of starvation. I get a good bit of wind, and temps have gotten Into the 80’s this week. With the smartpots, will that’s combo dry out this fast too?
Started from bag seed/seedling 4/13 and moved outdoors full time on mother’s day. ( I remember because I had family over and space needed to be made). I was told the strain of the bag I bought was Runtz.

I appreciate any feedback or direction to a forum on the matter.
Thank you everyone for your time!!

That's what they do at night. If you watered too much they'd be yellow, too little they'd wilt more(stems would droop), these gals are just not getting anymore sun for the day.

Beautiful thing though is every night when that top couple inches of new growth droops a little, it comes back thicker when it stands back up and grows some more, repeating the process.

Planting a soft pot in the ground defeats the purpose of the soft pot. Soft pots are used for air flow and air pruning. Your roots are probably grown out of the bag and into the dirt below.

You’re probably overwatering with your buried soft pot. There are 2 different soil mixes, one in the bag and the native soil. Your bag probably drains pretty quick compared to the soil around it. Soft pots are good at preventing overwatering, up until you bury the thing.

Temps in the 80’s should not bother an outdoor plant. Mine are growing in 100*+. One is in a 5 gal and does just fine, so long as you aren’t late on watering her.

I would pull the pot up before the roots get too established in the soil below. If not, you should just plant in the dirt next time. The biggest plants of my life were grown in the dirt, as nature intended.

They could just be asleep. *shrug*
