And cultivation for seed production is legal in Holland and Switzerland?

So cannabis seed producers in Spain, Uruguay, Jamaica, Holland and Switzerland then sell their seeds to any company in any country where possession of seed is perfectly legal.

Which is most of the fucking world outside of the USA.

Then those company's sell those seeds, to any body who wants to buy them in any country where seeds are legal.

Again, which is most of the fucking planet outside the USA.
