Oxygen absorbers

Anybody use Oxygen Absorbers in their curing jars? What about vacuum sealing Mason jars? Links below. Just curious if either has a positive effect on longer-term storage.

The best "terps" are oxides, that's why you burp, to let a little fresh o2 in. Aka curing.

I definitely grow in live soil, but I've never heard Terps are oxides. I guess I should read up on this before adding anything to my jars. Any opinion on sealing the jars with a foodsaver vacuum? Thanks.

I can't find anything that supports this claim. Not that it isn't a thing, but everything I find says removing oxygen is necessary after curing for proper maintenance. As well, using a mason jar vacuum sealer after curing will protect the quality for long periods of time.

Take a look at their post history and I'd be shocked if you could back up 10% of what they say with any science.

I'm about to give Grove Bags a shot for curing and storage. We shall see how they fare. From what I understand they do allow limited gas exchange but also promise little degradation over long term storage once heat sealed. We shall see.
