Typically yes, especially if using a new soil/nute combination and haven't dialed it in yet. When it's dialed in, in theory you should be able to feed exactly what the plant needs and there would be no salt build up (unused nutrients). In reality, the plant may use more N than PK, leaving an imbalance of nutrients behind. Displacing that with a fresh balance is good. (Like hydrogrowers who replenish their reservoir for awhile, then replace it with fresh nutes).

If you use a truly organic soil, feeding only water (and maybe teas occasionally), I don't think you'd want runoff. It's a different thing where microbes participate with the plant to provide just what the plant needs.
So if I use a rain barrel for my evestrooh and fill it up..and measure how much fertilizer and nutesnto put in..I can leave this sit for days and water my plants without doing all the mixing every time?

I don't know. I mix what I need every couple days. This lets me adjust things based upon the stage of growth, any deficienties I might see.

We already talked about this. I recommended you keep it simple, use a 1-1-1 ratio product of known origin. As I said then: an inexpensive solution right now is to go to your local harware store and spend $6 on MiracleGro all-purpose. As I said then, MG isn't well-liked by growers but, there are people who use it. This would eliminate some variables involved with your unknown 20-20-20 stuff which appears to be something your hydrostore repackaged. Your stuff may be ok, but you don't know. Nobody else does either.

If you want to use Jungle Juice, use it. Advanced Nutrients is overpriced, but you already have 2 of the 3 bottles. Get the third bottle and follow their schedule.

As I see it, your problem is that you've got three products (one of which is incomplete, one is unnknown) and you're asking people how to use it. It's common to believe "I invested in this, I have to use it." In reality, you don't have to use it. Your (and everyone else's time) is worth something. If you bought that stuff without knowing if you need it, or how to use it, the wisest thing to do may be to abandon it and pick something with more purpose behind your decision.

You can use the spreadsheet I mentioned to play around with how to mix what you have to get desirable NPK ratios. But, that's intense for a new grower. Cheapest thing to do is use MG. Or, maybe buy the other JJ bottle and follow that schedule.

Your risk right now is that you're putting more importance on the concoction of things you have rather than playing it safe, get through a grow with as few variables as possible, then apply what you learned. If you're using multiple products without knowing why you bought them or how to use them, this grow will likely be a waste of time.

Is there something you don't like about this answer? I've given it 2-3 times now. I'm not trying to be a jerk. But, if you don't understand something or disagree, say so. If you keep asking "how do I use this unknown thing, and 2 bottles of a 3-bottle regimen, and this other thing that doesn't seem to be used by anyone..." you're just wasting time.
