IMO, performance enhancers. steroids or testosterone. more athletes then you know juice up. tests are easier to cheat if you know what you are doing

I would guess more than half of professional athletes are cheating somehow...hgh is undetectable i believe..or maybe they are just taking straight testosterone but manny moves up each weight class and is pretty much the strongest at each weight..pretty impossible
