paper bag method to show sex,whos done it

I heard u can tie a paper bag to 1 potentional budd site or flower cover it for 12 hours,while the rest of the plant is still begging, so that 1 site will show sex,,but what kind of paper bag ive read u need 1 that passes air,someone whos done this succesfully i would like to know exactly what u did

you'll need something that can block 100% of the light out. It can be done this way but its probably easier to take a clone and sex that or just sex the whole plant first, wait until it shows either male or female and then put the lights back up to vegging and it will revert.

yeah but cloning takes 7 to 10 days to root then another 7 days in 12 12 to show sex,,this will be faster,,and i have other plants vegging i cant change my whole room to 12/12 so i think covering 1 site for 12 hours a day to show sex is ideal i just wanted to know what kind of bag,,i think someone said they spray it with something i dont know,,so no one out there has done this?

i think the suggestion for spraying the bag was to prevent light from shining through it but u could prolly just double bag it

line the bag with tin foil, that should block out all the light.
