You're society also says weed is bad and illegal and tries to make the choice of whether or not it's ok for you to do it.

If I want to name my children "Fucking stupid flying moon-baby" then that's my choice, the State can go fuck themselves, it's not their business nor is it yours.

Again if there was a history of violence then either arrest the parents or leave them alone...if its not on record with evidence it didn't happen legally.

Dukeanthony, stop sucking Uncle Sam off for a few mins, you're country is fucked and only getting worse cos people like you are too ignorant. It's getting closer and closer to Nazi Germany, except you guys kill in the Middle East instead of closer to home. I doubt it was just because of the name. I'm going to take a guess here and speculate that if you make decisions like naming your child Adolph Hitler, you're probably not the best parent ever. I'd bet there are other things going in that house.

I'm sure the name tipped off child protective services. But I seriously doubt that once they arrived at that house they had to look very hard to find reasons to take the kids away.

I'm not in law enforcement nor am I on a jury, I'm not convicting them of anything. I'm speculating. As are you btw. Your speculations on the subject are no or more less valid than mine. So let's save all that nonsense. I'm allowed to speculate.

The Campbells came into the spotlight in 2009 when a supermarket refused to ice a birthday cake for their now 4-year-old son Adolf Hitler.
Heath Campbell defended the children's names and told myfoxphilly.com on Monday that his reverend approved of him naming his new son Hons.
The Campbells have denied that they are neo-Nazis.

If you get in front of reporter and start running your mouth resulting in a story being written, you do NOT have the right to prohibit people from discussing your drama. If you want people to respect your privacy, don't bring your personal problems to the media.

As far as child services taking the kid, they said the children were being abused and/or neglected. Do you think the right to abuse children is an essential civil liberty?

though everyone should be allowed to name their babies whatever, well, kids with even just unfortunetly rhymable names get picked on.

of course it shouldnt be like that,

but one has to wonder about the parents sometimes, like having the last name of Dick (it happens) and then naming your daughter Anita (it happens)

course, would be the height of cruelty to have the middle name Lotta (it happens)

though in a perfect world, that would be just a really cool name

(lol, sorta, but still anyway would make ya wonder bit about the parents
