Pc grow box

Yellow every 1 I joined yesterday and posted a situation about my loft tent and people helped so much and what they said cured the problem,anyway My friends starting a pc grow box and was wondering would could a 125cfl work or will it be to hot and what is scrog as alot of people seem to do it in pc grows thanks alot guys

125W of cfl can be done in a PC box, the main issue for small spaces is proper and adequate ventilation. Scrog stands for Screen of green and is the act of training the plant with a screen to spread the canopy and keep bud sites at equal distances from light, or at any given height. go search on youtube or google to find all kinds of videos and pics if the concept is difficult to grasp.
