PC grow case

I've considered buying one of the PC grow boxes, this one specifically, http://pcgrowbox.com/the-veg-box.html
I'm very knowledgeable on how to grow, and only a little practical experience, is this a recommended way to grow? i'm not looking for a huge yield, maybe an ounce or more.
also, does the smell resistant gel work? can i use it to flower too?

You would need to make sure you lst and switch your lights after a week or two or just do 12/12 frow seed with fem seeds but lst is gonna prove to be a legit method for your yield and amount of space/lighting.

i was thinking of using that because its small, and inconspicuous. plus my folks would want to know what i'm doing with light bulbs and the like.

Go to your local thrift store buy a computer tower. gut it. Then gt a drill or something to poke holes in it near the top buy some zip ties buy a power strip/ surge protector buy some polarized light sockets from walmart they are 0.97 a piece it the electrical section. and then go to petco near the pump/filters sections for aquariums are some carbon filters that look like hand warmers grab a pack of those and some hvac tape it metal that had an adhesive on the back and is very malluable. Seal the carbon filters around the exhaust/intake and buy some 16-23watt daylight or 6500k spectrum them for flowering you need 2700k or soft white. As far as grid mediums I would play with dirt my first time around as I did and was very successful seems more natural to get a feel for the way a plant grows an should grow. Use black gold regular potting soil found aT walmart as well and buy a pot that is 4-5" tall with a good base for the roots and I would ask around In the nute section for nutes and Which ones to use
