I was just using to ref PC fans that came out the PC. But instead of having intake an exhaust I just exhaust fans. I kept the side panel off so it had plenty of intake air so I focused on pushing the hot air out. If your able to try doubling up your fans an put them up near your bulbs.

Well just to give you an idea, this is what my set up looks like right now and i'm still at 86 degrees. there are also 2 80mm fans that you can't see that are in front of the first fan. I looked more into the fans I bought and saw problems other people were having. I wrote my review and will be ordering a new fan tomorrow. I'm really disappointed about those fans, though.
