yo whatz good phase420 i just made my own hood pc growcase i just used my
olds ass pc and took it apart and did it!! its the same size as urz 18l18w18h
bubbleponics (first time in water) 1 23 watt blue spectrum cfl(for now) 1intake
fan 1 exhaust fan i homemade co2 generater(ice tea bottle)my nutes are
technafloras recipe for success kit(first time useing these nutes)and my strain
is kushberry,which is 3 weeks old! dam phase your mystic iz mad bushy keep that
shyt growing ya dig!!! i also started my lsting ill post those pikz 2morrow!!! oh
yeah and the foil is just for the light wont get to my res and create
algie!!!!!! the other budded plant in the red cup is that im trying to revegg!! we were talking about in my thread remember!!!!(sour cream)

What’s up RIU Smokers and Growers! I’m a newbie to the site and to growing. I’ve spent months reading threads and basically getting educated from all of the experience growers. I'M SO THRILLED TO FIND A THREAD ABOUT PC BOX GROWING. I believe (after getting a few questions answered) I’m ready to take the big step and grow my own personal supply. Here is what I’m using to grow my babies:

PC Grow Box w/ 2-Plant Hydroponics System
With a mesh fence (Lock)
(8.1”W x 26.5”H x 18.6”D)
2 intake fans
Exhaust fan

4-23w 6500k lights VEG
4-23w 2700k lights FLOWER
2-net pots w/ hydrotons rocks
1 gallon tub

Ona for the Odor
Nutrients: Flora Gro, Flora Micro, Flora Bloom &
Recipe for Success starter Fertilizer Kit




MY PROBLEM IS THAT MY GIRLS WERE TRANSPLANTED FROM SOIL IN A DIXIE CUP TO A MINI DWC/NET POTS WITH HYDROTON ROCKS (THURSDAY 4/22/10). THE pH LEVEL OF THE WATER IS 5.8-6.2. THE NUTES USED: 1-tsp of ROOT 66 & SUGAR DADDY, LIGHTS 24HRS. THEY LOOKED GOOD FRIDAY. TODAY THE GIRLS LOOK SICK. SEE BEFORE & AFTER PICS

Yes you can use 100 watt cfls. I only use 100W but, I use 3 6500 daylights for vegging and a mixed spectrum for flowering 2 2700 softwhite 1 6500 daylight.

Ive been moving all week! Should be doing one this weekend! Keep in mind to check my journal in my sig, for a better chance to catch updates! I want this thread to be for EVERYONE TO POST on to. But dont worry coming soon!

Hey Chief Puff Puff. Did you just put the roots directly into the hydroton? I can't see any root riot or rockwool.
I wouldn't be feeding them any additives at that stage either.

Thinking of going 70-72 days flowering.

Sounds about right, there's still a fair bit of new growth.
That bud on the right in pic 3 might have got a bit burned. It's unlikely to start any new growth there at this stage so maybe look at taking that at 70 days to give you an early sample and focus the plant on the healthier buds.
She's looking sweet.

What's up Phase? You girls are looking very much like what I dream my 1st grow will be!! I had to start over using soil because I didn't know sh** about DWC. I could really use your advise. My lights dropped on my Baby, this her 26th day of vegging. Would you please help since you are using a pc too and would understand about the height I'm working with.

QUESTIONS
1. How damaged is my Baby?

2. Would you top Baby soon after she recovers from the burn shock? This is her 26th day vegging. Chronic seed, 18/6 light cycle (3-6500 & 1-2700). I had to flush her because of nute burn.

3. My pc is 26.5h x 18.6D x 8.1w and Baby is about 6.5' tall, would you veg for another month (especially after topping)? Here is a look at my pc with Baby in it.

Looking good when you branches get bigger start tieing them off around the pot also.
