I got a hold of a bunch of over ripe organic peaches and decided to make a ferment. Build a soil used to sell a peach ferment, so having the materials I made one. I also added 2tbsn of LaB to it. It’s been going for 2-3 weeks, I have stirred it twice, it’s just taking forever for the mold to grow on top. How long do you ferment your peaches? I’ve fermented bananas for like 6 months (on accident, life was incredibly busy, but it was still good) and 3 weeks. When do you determine when it’s finished?
