peat pellets

I dont use any type of cloners or domes ect

I just cut , dip in my rooting hormone and put them in the pellets

The go under my cfl on 20 / 4 light cycle

then 2 to 3 weeks later i have roots busting through the netting of the pellets

I do use a dome, but no longer spray them after reading a few different post here on RIU. Seems some people spray others dont. i have lost more clones spraying them, than I have not spraying. so I no longer spray...

yeah your leaves are gonna turn yellow, as long as there is still some green on the clone, let it go, i dont toss em till they are completely brown and shriveled up, till then they are viable....

well first let me say im not downing nebody for what they use im just stateing my opinion i just think that ppl use all these hydro chemicals and stuff like that you mite flush yourr system and shyt but to me nothing compairs to the original organic grow like the fold days when it was legal ll over and even presidents had pot farms

So I think its ok to give some credit to it. Its no more mumbo jumbo than all the different things you need to have in soil.

if you ask me, soil is actually a much more complex growing medium when you consider all the microb activity and general structure of the medium has to be taken into consideration. On top of that, different species of plants like different soil structures, PH, drainage yada yada yada....

Hydro is water, air, nutrients. PH balance to what you need.. and run it.....

believe me, im not mad, just puttin it on record, hydro isnt new.

i kno its not new but im mainly talkin about all the stuff like aero all the cloners snd stuff like that

im just sayin what halppind to the old dsys when u coukd just go and throw a few hundred seeds in a feild and let them grow like dont test seeds dont sex seeds just let them be them and do what they do
in no way am i downin the new methods people use its kinda impresive realy but i just like the old days
and as for all the testin and nutes n stuff in soil i dont use ne i just get a few pots and put sum generic soil and let it do its thing if there is a male let it be after that it just mesns i got a new strain all on my own

Peat pucks work better than anything out there,my roots just blow right through the netting.Ive used root riot and rapid rooters and the peat pucks work better.I had a 25 site power cloner but I get better results in my domes

most growers try to get the best they can out of the smoke. thats not gonna happen by doin a toss n watch. we wouldnt have all the killer strains we have today if people didnt try to maximize the bud, love the bud, gently pat it and smell your fingers...... mmmmmm

i kno what you sayin but when i lived in ohio a wile back i took a bunch of random ass seeds and threw them in my cousins feild when i came back at the begining of november i had 75 7.5/8 ft tall purple and white plants and one small group of about 10 were all white but had pink pokadots on them that was some of the best weed ive ever smoked even after growing seeds from breaders with takin care of them and adding shtuff to them

but i do agree when u take care of a plant and give it an optimal eco system you can get bigger yeilds or dont have todeal eith pests and with the lawas the way they are these days u gotta keep it lo key not hatin nebodys method i like to read post all over this place abiut all te diff methods but when u got a strict budget like mine and cant even afford to make your own stuff with cheap materials then u realy apreciat how u can jus use rsndom soil no nutes and a few lights and a lil trim here and there with a razor and bamm a few months later u got some fresh natural buds with an amazing fresh earthy taste
