Peat Pods, Watering?

Is it ok to water seedlings that are a bit older with just a spray bottle while they are still not root bound in the peat pod? I know after i transfer to a pot i will water them for real but is it ok to water with a spray bottle for now?



Can anyone give me some advice with peatpods? .. becides this?
