Transplanting more than once is going to give stress to your plants and it multiplies each time you do it. Germinate the seeds in a peat disc about 72 hours if you keep it toasty (around 75-80) and cover it for the greenhouse effect, with a clear plastic lid or some saran wrap and a rubberband.
