Peppers

If that yellow butterfly shaped thing is a sticky trap? I say root rot and over watering. Sorry. My thoughts are all.
No I appreciate it. I left for few days and overwatered on purpose and put blumats in to get me by one water cycle while I was gone. You may be right. My feelings won’t be hurt. It’s this exact reason I want out of soil. This was my last run. I intended to throw them outside and focus on Dwc buckets. Weather hasn’t gave me that warm fuzzy feeling yet. It rained in mid Michigan when I left yesterday and was snowing coming through Cleveland and too cold here in New York yet. Yeah. That sticky trap has been there since I planted. I did get them wiped out and it seems they are coming back. Small numbers yet ( gnats ). Lights come on at 430 today and I got some work to do. Tent needs cleaned and rearranged and im gonna top dress my soil plants with leftover soil from original planting. Gonna start transplanting some garden plants also

I see signs of sap sucking on leaves also now. Pests I'm afraid.

And it is outdoor time today in MI. 27F this morning. Lows in 40's from here on out. Woo hoo!

Your off to a good start I see. I’ll spray with citric acid later when I’m top dressing and and inspect more. Change sticky traps and maybe debate a sns 103 soil drench next watering wich won’t be till Friday evening most likely. I stay tri cities area but In the country area in Michigan. Seemed a little cold still. You must bring your plants in at night I assume

No longer. Barely had them outside. Been cold and crazy windy spring. Hoping to beat the rain and get them in the ground today. And the greenhouse is a safe hold over spot.

I’d like to build a green house one day. My brother in law just built one and it’s freaking awesome. They have a huge garden as well. They literally dont have to buy any veggies and my sister cans and makes all types of stuff for the winter. She has numerous fruit trees and berry bushes. She has it figured out.

Just about have everything ready. I'm hoping for a warm May.

Half Doz - Red Cherry Maters
Half Doz - Sungold Maters
Half Doz - Anaheim Peppers
Half Doz - Hatch Chile Peppers
Half Doz - Serrano Peppers
4 - Lettuce Leaf Basil
3 - Rogue River Tabacco
3 - Virginia Gold Tobacco
Handful of flowers and a couple polka-dot plants.

Still have Mammoth Sunflowers, Honeybear sunflowers, potatoes, carrots, bush beans, squash and pumpkin to plant. Probably a couple berry bushes this year, mainly gooseberry.

Rooftop to the left is just the lid to the egg bay of the chicken coop.

Looking good! You putting things in a garden I’d assume. Heard chicken poop is pretty good fertilizer.

I got some crap done today. Tent cleaned and plants tended to. Top dress and removed a couple leaves that looked like crap. Started my Kratky peppers. First run at this. Should be interesting. Need some soil to start transplanting other garden plants into for window seals. I can’t risk putting a potentially bug infested soil in tent right now.

Tabacco is something Ive not seen grown at home. Interesting !!

It grows pretty good here. Just gotta get em started indoors and they do great. Huge green leaves and a plethora of flowers, if you let it go.
I grew a little back when I smoked it. I found out that tomato worms are really tobacco worms. The culls that I threw in Mamma's flower bed made it because her chickens kept the worms off. Mine out in the field didn't get checked on as often as it should, and they tore me up.

I was jealous when I seen others further along. Figured I better get more done. Now to get out side. Pretty cool the barn has shit in here I can use. Gonna prep some pots outside. Got random seedlings left as I lost track. Gonna leave them in rockwool till later. Then I’ll plant them to give away when I discover what they are lol!

I planted three citrus trees this week. One I could read the label, one I couldn't and one didn't have a label. I will have to wait a few years to find out what they are.

I believe mine are on the fourth year. Wish they made gas-x for the brain. Mental flatulence is a pain of late. Still no lemons yet. And taking cuttings from the 8 footer and putting her to rest.

So speak up if you or any may want a rooted clone mid summer. I will take extras and more if having a home for them. Spilled a bunch of soil in my living room moving that big pointed pain.

I know it’s been a minute but things been hectic. I’m still here lurking on the fly. Seedlings survived my torture. Gonna wait one more week then they are outside. Check out the difference between pepper plants in Kratky containers versus seedlings. Came from same batch of seedlings. I’m amazed. Literally just giving them leftover feed water for Dwc buckets. Cannot wait to be out of soil in my tent. Dwc is so much faster and healthier looking growth.

@buckaclark Garden is up and rolling all the way now. Feel like I shoulda went bigger. When it was first tilled I thought it was massive. Now I feel I really could of doubled it. Maybe next year. I am just living in a company rental house. Maybe next year I’ll be home for summer. Either way I’m gaining experience and not long now they cheapest produce I’ve ever had.
