Permanently Rolled Dollar Bill

Anyone here know how to roll a $1 so it stays together? I know it has something to do with a folded corner and a pocket that you tuck itself into itself, but I was so railed last night I can't remember how my boy did it. It sure was nifty though!

A piece of Scotch tape?
 
Well, I usually just rip the filter off a cigarette butt and take out the filter so it's just the paper and put that around the bill like a silverware ring at the restaurant. I'm sure someone here knows how to do it!

Well if you do that, then why do you need the other method?
 
i searched and couldnt find anything my man, maybe it was just a party trick or something? Like he used tape and you couldnt see it?
 
i dont know i just always got rolled dollars in my pocket when pulling my money out in the store, with various powders falling out as i unroll it lol.

i have been shoveling snow for the last 4 days straight.

I don't fully understand how to do this. I got the folding and rolling parts, but can't seem to get the finish. Where does the flap come from to hold it all together?
Any links or something that can explain it more in depth?
