That one I thought I killed decided to make it to the party. Damn. She's like that person that we invited to something a while back, but then changed our mind and hope she'd forgotten about it, but then she showed up.

That’s nice so do the roots grow through the five 2” net pots down Into the solution at the bottom bucket? Or is it more like the liquid saturates the soil of the top bucket all the way to the top?I packed soil in each of the holes and then filled up the buckets with soil.

I connected all of the bottom buckets together.

I didn't want to fill up buckets by hand, so I put in a pump to a separate bucket outside the tent. In the above pic at the bottom left is where it goes through the tent. The open pvc pipe is a vent so that it doesn't siphon.

I obviously wanted to know how much water was in the buckets, so I used this. These are 3ml droppers, I got a pack of 500 one time, they are great for mixing nutes, anyway I used one as a float.

At the front of the tent is my water level gauge.

When I was filling it up I marked full and fill.

So there it is, the soil is doing its thing while the Zkittlez grow up some. A couple of weeks probably.
The water saturates the soil. SIP is Sub Irrigation Planter, or Self Irrigating Planter. They also sip water, lol. That’s nice so do the roots grow through the five 2” net pots down Into the solution at the bottom bucket? Thank youYou make it look so straight forward and so tidy.
Down to Earth.... easy nutes!I decided to go organic sip in one of my tents. I did my own spin on it. I like 5 gallon buckets, so I used them in my setup. It's pretty simple, One bucket inside of another bucket, with a few modifications to both buckets. I was able to pull this off without even going to the store! lol I have a few tubs of hydroponics stuff from old builds.
I'm going to run the Zkittlez in them.
I used 2" net pots.

I spaced them out 5 per bucket,
