Perpetual Sea of Green DWC - Buds every 3 weeks

Well I have done some research and I am pretty keen to set up a perpetual harvest. I wanna have weed every 3 weeks, so Im giving my plants 9 weeks to flower from clone.

I will set up my 2m x 1m room with a light proof down the centre. I will have one 1m x 1m room for 3 mothers, and 6-8 clones. Every 3 weeks I will take the strongest of the clones and put 4 into the first of my DWC units.

This will basically be a 3 week process, every 3 weeks new clones in and my buds come out.

This is going to be a SOG, would that yield an oz per plant?

I am just kind of after opinions and maybe even direction to some articles or threads that may be of use to me. At the moment Im doing a soil grow, but DWC really appeals to me. So if anybody has a link to some interesting info I would appreciate it. I got the basics down, but need to know more about nutrient levels etc...

if you want more yeild per DWC more offtin you could put some more cups for that and add a batch of clones every week

Yeah but I dont really want to overcrowd, and I wouldnt no wat to do with so much weed lol.

store it in the freezer , make hash , bubble hash , honey oil , honey oil with THC mixed it to make it solid

yea , if you think you might add more plants to your DWC then you might want to set it up so that if you want to add more then you don't have to redo things to add more

I use dwc as well. It can be difficult setting up you perpet harvest. I use a 4 week instead of 3. for your design you will need a week to flush if you plan on doing so. I start my clones at 3 to 500 ppm and then to 800 to 1k ppm with bloom booster. Hope that helps some.

supdro... perfect, I was hoping to ind someone actually doing DWC. What ph level do you keep it at? And at what weeks to you bump up the nutrients? Anything that you had to learn the hard way that I might be able to learn off you?

I'm beginning construction on a perpetual DWC sog as well, but mine is quite a bit different than yours.

My plan involves hanging a 1000w bulb down the center in a cooltube, the bulb will be about 2 feet off the ground.

In a perfect circle about 20-24 inches from the bulb I will have a ring of 3" pvp drain pipe (thin walled) which will each be about 16" tall. Each one is filled by a 1/2" tube from a few inches above the bottom and there is a 3/4" drain line an inch below the bottom of the 3" netpot I place in the top of each tube. The water runs back into the reservoir.

Eventually I will have 2 rings of pipes for a total of 76 tubes.

Each group of 19 tubes will be on a separate 1/4 portion of the system, each 1/4 gets new clones every 2 weeks and I flower immediately.

I'm expecting 2.5oz every 2 weeks with 40 clones, 4.75 every 2 weeks with the 76.

one thing with dwc is you don't need a lot of nutes. since your roots sit in the solution your ppm's don't need to be that high also depending on strain. i have some totes from walmart that i use for my res they are about 16 in by 16... i fit 6 girls per tote and have a hole for water and such. my cycle is clone for 3 weeks then veg for 3 then flower 1-3 weeks get ppm of 6-800, 4-6 get up to 1k-1200 with booster... keep an eye on water levels and then weeks 7-8 back down to 6-800ppm, and 9 flush with sweet that week from botanicare. I try to only use ro thru the whole cycle. ph is not a big deal to me. i check it when i add my nutes to water if they need it. plants uptake nutes thru a range of ph. long as you don't go to high in ppm's and burn your plants you should be good. i am using house and garden nutes. so far i like them. strains i am running is ak48 from nirvana and a strain that i took a cutting from a plant at my boys house he said the plant was from the triangle of northern cali. i think it is a kush but we call it gorilla funk cause it was that stinky....lol
