Perpetual Setup Help in a 7'x5 area--- newbie needs Help

I am new to a perpetual grow, and after reading and reading I am confused on how to lay out my areas and get good ventilation. I have a 7'x5'x7' (wxdxh) area that I will be making in the basement. Before I start I wanted to get an idea of were i should put vents and were to exhaust out. I made up a drawing but I think I am over thinking it. To start I will be using clones from a Red Cherry Kush. I am thinking of flowering 4 plants and veg. 8. I would like to eventually keep 2 mother plants in my setup. I have listed what I will be working with. I have not bought the 400w light/hood and have no fans to circulate the air as of yet. Everything else I have. I will not be using CO2.

1- 600w HPS light with cool tube hood
1- 400w HM light with cool tube hood
1- 6" inline fan rated @ 440 cfm + carbon filter
1- window/wall a/c unit
1- EzClone unit (homemade)
1- Veg Aero/NFT system (using StinkBuddy design)
1- Flowering Aero/NFT system (using StinkBuddy design)

I started to draw my layout but not sure were the vents should go for the proper air flow. Also, I'm not sure were to put a wall to isolate the Veg. and Grow room. If I can get ideas from you guys that would be great. Because at this moment the more I read the more I get confused because everyone set up is different in size and quantity
of plants But its all basically the same. Did that make sense?

I want to Thank Dragon's HoardSeeds for the great 3D design you did for my grow room... It so cool I need to learn how to use AutoCAD... Also Thanks for the input on what items I need to get..

I think you should be able to put three plants every month into the flowering room. Or maybe even one plant every week. Work backwards to see how many in the other areas.

in a perpetual grow, clone before flowering top clones in veg. you will notice over time that your veg area will get crowded if you dont top imo 60+ days is alot of veg time.

I have a ?. On the digital Ballast. I see that Lumatek makes a 600w dual Ballast. If I wanted to run 2 x 600w ballast wouldn't the dual Ballast be the better choice than to run 2 separate ballast. I understand that the dial is a 240v system and the single can be ran at 120v. My mind says run the single ballast for two lights but just about every post i have read say to run 2 ballast.
