perpetual soil grow. first serious grow. some questions

Hello. I am new here and if this is the wrong forum for this I apologize. I have some questions that I hope I could get some help with. I have a 6.5'x6.5' flower room with 7.5' ceiling with a 3x3 closet that I plan on using for ventilation and anything else I might need it for(the room may change to something bigger 14x20 maybe). The veg area I haven't really picked a spot for yet but size is not a factor. As of right now I have a (1) 600w HPS for flowering and many CFLs for veg/clone(I plan on getting at least one more 600 watter in the near future). The strains I am growing are white widow, jack the ripper, the church, and kings kush. I am planning on having different rooms for the longer and shorter flowering times also in the future. I am covering the walls with mylar(I think that's what the reflective stuff is called) and might use some CFLs as supplimental light at the walls because I hear the 600watter only covers a 4x4 area. I hope to have 3 mother plants of each strain and flower only the clones(untill I need a new mother). I am trying to get to harvesting a quarter LB a week eventually. The questions I have are how many plants could I comfortably grow under this light. What size pots should I use(currently use th #600 pot from the grow store). How many more lights/plants should I get to comfortably harvest a quarter pound a week or a LB a month? I was thinking of a 8-9 week rotation with 5 plants going in each week and 5 coming out. Thank you in advance for the help

The containers I am using are 8 inch in diameter at the top and 7.5 on the bottom and are 9 inches tall. I am also using fox farm soil and nutes. How would a light mover increase the amount of plants and does it stress them with the light fluctuation

First thing first. Make paragraphs, by doing so it is easier for people to read what you wrote. Other wise people are hesitant of even reading it. You could put it like this:

"Hello. I am new here and if this is the wrong forum for this I apologize. I have some questions that I hope I could get some help with.

As for helping you out with the light scenario. To light up a 6,5 * 6,5 or 42,25sgft area you would need the light to be 6,5 feet away and then the total lumen per sqft would be about 2248. You are aiming for 7500+. To get that you have to be 3,5 feet away at the most (the closer the better but less area illuminated) but that would only be an area of 3,5*3,5. So another 600w is a must. In order to get quarter of a pound weekly you would need to have a pound each month or 1 harvest every 2 month of 2 pounds. That would be a gram per watt ratio of 0,755. That is a very high expectation. Your doing good if you get 0,5 g/w.

Thats about 1,3 pounds every 2 months.

Thank you for the help! sorry about the paragraphs.

I do have high expectations, but I am paitent and willing to learn everything I can. I know I will have trouble for a while, but after some trial and error and some(a lot) of questions along the way I hope to get there.

I hope to post some pics once I get everything running smooth.
