There are various issues with your plan.
3lb in a 4x4 would be packed tight and difficult to fit in and manage without airflow problems and mould.
I cant think of anyone who has pulled that out of a 4x4. Other than one guy running vert double stacked hps which changes the canopy size completely.
I wont say its impossible though.

Pulling a crop every month. That means your running a strain for 8 weeks and that has to include veg time, which you would need plenty of to pull 3 oz a plant. So that's not possible. Most strains will flower longer than 8 weeks anyway. Then you need probably 4 week veg. So take all that and your drying time and divide by the number of tents.

Maybe reduce your expectations and expand your time scale and avoid disappointment and then adapt and improve after your first few crops.

If you go with coco and cloth pots your going to have to raise the plants to have somewhere you can collect the run off.
16x 3gal cloth pots doesn't leave you any room for movement and for mopping up, makes it hard to water unless you go with automation, which would probably be the way forward.

Ebb and flow (not with coco) would decrease your veg time. You would be better with hydroton or grow stones.

16 plants in a 4 x 4 and a yield of 3 ozzies per plant? I don't think 16 three oz plants would fit would they? Maybe 9 plants of 3 oz each.
A realistic goal would be a pound to a pound 1/2 out of a 4 x 4. Not saying people don't pull more.

I think if you dont mess up, you may get an ounce a plant. But thats a big if.

16 plants is not easy task. Especially in a 4x4 its not easy to maintain when that all have buds on them

I harvest a plant every two to three weeks on avg at the moment. Im also new to rotational perpetual. Im in a 4 x 4 with a 600 HPS for the flower tent.
Im running diff strains so there is a little bit of guesswork and juggling on timelines.
Hey cow boy can you tell me how you keep them at same height with differents strains and stage of growth ? Also I guess it's hard to have indica and sativa in same room, right ?

I really love this style though, what are the pros in your opinion ? Compared to 1 harvest every 2 months I mean.

Thanks

you cannot really, There are some variations in heights but topping well and super cropping helps. Most indoor guys don't run full Sativas but I do run mixes without a problem
I tend to run 30% longer than the recommended flowering times (im in soil, 600w and uninsulated room with some large temp swings). I find its more work but its a more steady small income.

The key to perpetual.. Imo ipm is top priority.. second would be veg room.
Make sure plants are strong healthy before being placed into bloom.

I try and keep them betwixt 20/30" before bloom.
I lollipop day 5 of bloom and again around day 20.

I use coco loco, with floralicious bloom recharge and mammoth. Suppliments when needed.
3gallon pots, 25" starts. 1plant in bloom per day, 1 out
Generally get 2/4zips per.. alot of variables.. strain selection plays a big part in harvest weight and canopy control.

Easy breezy.
al b. fuct.. where did ya go lol
