Personal Experience with 1000bulbs

I am not planning on doing my first grow for a while (playing the waiting game saving up for a house down payment) but plan to start in 6-8 months. I have been doing alot of searching to find the best price on bulbs/ballast/reflector setup. I have found that the best bang for my buck would be to use a ballast kit, bulb, and socket combo from 1000bulbs. Does anybody have any experience (good or bad) using these ballast kits and the cheap Plusrite brand HSP lamps? Any input would be appreciated. ( wiring the ballast up myself will not be an issue, would be housing it in an old computer PSU).

A brand is only a brand. I actually have plusrite bulbs in a couple 150w ballasts I use to house strawberries, been going strong for over 10,000 hours now.
